This site has been designed for people wishing to appeal against decisions of HM Revenue & Customs (VAT and Duties Tribunals and Special Commissioners) or the Claims Management Services Regulator; to refer matters relating to certain decisions of the Financial Services Authority and the Pensions Regulator; or to appeal against certain decisions of the Office of Fair Trading (Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal and Estate Agents Appeals Panel). For administrative purposes, the seven tribunals are known collectively as the Finance and Tax Tribunals, although each retains its own separate jurisdiction.
Sir Stephen Oliver QC is the judicial head of the VAT and Duties Tribunals, the Special Commissioners, the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal, the Pensions Regulator Tribunal and the Claims Management Services Tribunal. His Honour Judge Peter Wulwik is the judicial head of the Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal.
