User groups
There are formal user groups for the VAT and Duties Tribunals and the Special Commissioners, both in England and Wales and Scotland, and the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal. As yet there is no formal group for the Pensions Regulator Tribunal or the Claims Management Services Tribunal although we hope to establish one in due course.
The user groups are composed of representatives from the main bodies who use the tribunals including HM Revenue and Customs, The Financial Services Authority plus a wide range of other organizations. These groups meet with the judiciary and administrative staff on a regular basis to provide feedback to the tribunals and discuss developments.
